    This 1908 15c
    Scott #102 Quebec Tercentenary
    stamp from Don's Classic Stamps is in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Mint Hinged (MH) condition,
    with 3 gum specks on the stamp FRONT; a medium depth diagonal paper crease in the mid stamp area; 2-3 top-left corner creases; a small deep thin by the left side "15"; some gum disturbance and a heavy hinge remnant (See Images). Discounted and sold as such.
