    2002 Q4 prepack
    Sealed as issued by the post office.
    Face value of stamps at time of issue was .62, and is the same now.
    When purchasing more than one item, the 'additional item' P&H fee must be charged due to the size and weight of the packs, and the resulting mailing cost.
    Only ask for discounts if purchasing  more than 15 packs, where I should be able to offer a better price.
